Behavioral Wellness Workshops
Description:
Skill-based training for managing anger, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and substance triggers using non-clinical strategies (CBT tools, mindfulness, etc.).

Many veterans are hesitant to pursue clinical therapy. Non-clinical education offers a softer on-ramp to emotional healing.
Transition-to-Civilian Life Coaching
Description:
Personalized coaching and group workshops focused on career transition, workplace etiquette, civilian communication, and confidence building.

Female Veteran Empowerment & Wellness Series

Mobile Outreach & Street Team Program
